aimagedetector.ai ("the service") is operated by LinkyJuice LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

aimagedetector.ai provides an assessment of whether an uploaded image is likely AI-generated or manipulated. Results are probabilistic signals, not a guarantee of authenticity or origin.

Free and paid plans include different usage limits and features, as described on our Pricing page. We may adjust limits or pricing with notice.

Don't use the service to upload content you don't have rights to, to violate others' privacy, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You retain ownership of images you upload. We retain ownership of the service itself, including its software, design, and branding.

The service is provided "as is". Detection results can be wrong. Don't rely on them as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aimagedetector.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
