Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for paid subscriptions to aimagedetector.ai (Starter, Pro, and Gold plans). It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription period (monthly or annual). Because usage limits reset and are consumed within that period, we don't provide refunds or credits for partial or unused time on a billed period, including if you cancel partway through.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan's features and limits until the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again after that.

The Free plan has no charge and this policy doesn't apply to it.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — contact us at info@aimagedetector.ai and we'll investigate and correct it.

Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund or cancellation period that this policy doesn't already provide, we'll honor that right for the affected purchase.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll post the revised version here with an updated date.
